Limited Warranty for Trees & Shrubs
Installed by Customer We will not be responsible for the loss of
plants due to a drought, insect or animal damage, extreme weather related
damage such as, but not limited to, temperature variations, wind, flooding,
fire, improper planting, damage from lawn equipment and vehicles, and such
other acts of God/nature beyond our control. |

Return Process In order to receive store credit or replacement plants, the original cash register receipt must be presented (NO EXCEPTIONS) along with the plant to be replaced. There will be no cash or credit card refunds permitted on any returned plant material. If for any reason the plant is unable to be brought into the store, a representative of Flagg's Garden Center and Landscaping, LLC will conduct an on-site inspection of the item within two (2) weeks of the notification of the desired return. |

Exceptions to this Warranty The following plants or items are not subject to warranty: Sod, Annuals, Perennials, Flowering Dogwoods, Roses, Southern Magnolias, Camellias, Seed, Groundcover, any plants remaining in or transplanted to a container, Houseplants, Sale and Clearance items, and Replacement items.
Flagg's Garden Center and Landscaping, LLC
provides the above expressed Limited Warranty in lieu of any other warranty
expressed or implied including the warranty of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose. All decisions made by Flagg's Garden Center and
Landscaping, LLC are final. This warranty may not be combined with any other
warranty that Flagg's Garden Center and Landscaping, LLC may or may not
provide. This limited warranty is subject to change at any time. Please
